The Time When Alluel Delivered Wayne's World Guitars and 'Dick In A Box' Props...

To celebrate half a century of SNL, our client, NVE Experience, set out to produce an immersive installation that involved a detailed rebuilding of the show's most iconic sets. They tasked Alluel with receiving, organizing and delivering thousands of items to Rock Center.

We braced for a nonstop influx of goods and needed to track every shipment to the minute. As we got them, we fed reams of tracking numbers into an AI agent designed to tell us when to expect everything.

As big and small items arrived, we began to carefully palletize according to on-site placement. Several shipments were delayed, and the event date was firm, but NVE knew they could count on us to do everything possible to deliver.

This meant dedicating a team to retrieve essential last-minute items from prop-houses all over NYC - and four trips to Rock Center in a day. It also meant becoming NVE's go-to logistics partner... and NBC's long-term warehousing solution.
